IDIT’s solution delivery methodology (SDM) is based on a package-driven, iterative model that utilizes professional requirements management and specific use cases. There are five phases entailed in this approach:
Blueprint, Solution Design, Build, Test, and the Implementation Support & Hand-Over phase:
 IDIT’s Poject Implementation Methodology
Blueprint Phase: The phase where the scope of the project is defined. This includes the design of high-level processes, architecture and required IDIT™ functionality.
Solution Design Phase: The phase where outlines of the IDIT™ software application requirements (DFS - Detailed Functional Specification) and the Interface Detailed Functional Specifications (IDFS) are completed in relation to the planned insurance product. This phase also includes prototyping and planning for the support of systems integration teams
Build Phase: This phase includes gap development of the IDIT™ core application, setting up IDIT™ for initial use by the customer and programming IDIT™ interfaces.
Test Phase: In this phase IDIT executes an integration test, conducts a problem analysis and bug fixing activities of the application and its interfaces.
Implementation Support & Hand-Over Phase: Development of work instructions & training materials for working with IDIT; support of on-time delivery teams & handover. |
