The Correspondence Module is a sub-set of the
Workflow system. This means documents are associated with and are inherent to any workflow.
Imaging & full mailroom support
Imaging functionality is an additional component of this module and offers full mailroom support: incoming documents are loaded optically and catalogued. Paper documents are scanned while emails and faxes are converted into suitable formats that can be viewed by IDIT™ users.
