Business Analyst (BA)
For our offices in Mechelen, Belgium

Responsibilities:
  • Functional analysis
  • Functional support to development and testing teams
  • Test scenarios preparation
  • Aligning functional specifications with the development team
  • End user training
 
Skills:
  • Experience in the financial domain
  • High analytic skills 
  • Proven experience in ERP packages implementation as business analyst
  • very high self-instruction capabilities
  • Excellent communications skills
  • High level English language, both in writing and speaking  (French is an advantage)
  • Representative
  • Ability to understand customer's requirements and to translate them into functional specifications
  • Possesses an appropriate level of technical/functional expertise and knowledge
  • Customer service orientation
  • Results oriented: Understands the purpose of any work is to achieve the desired outcome
  • Willing to travel extensively

  • At least 1 year experience in team leading
  • At least 2 years experience in Java programming and J2EE
  • Degree in Computer Science
  • Capable of handling complex technical programming and design
  • Technical background with very good learning skills
  • Experience in project delivery
  • Enterprise IT experience – advantage
  • Experience in financial systems implementations - advantage
