Yoel Amir was appointed CEO of IDIT I.D.I. Technologies in March 2006. Yoel has over 16 years management experience in international software companies. Most recently as the Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing at IDIT, and prior to that as CEO of IDIT Europe NV, the European branch of IDIT I.D.I. Technologies. Before joining IDIT, Yoel served as CEO of Advanced Systems Europe and held a number of CIO positions in advanced international hi-tech companies. Yoel holds an MBA from Erasmus University in Rotterdam and an MBI from Georgia State University in the US.

Albert Treger joined us from Amdocs where he managed a large program carried out in France for a major telecom provider. Albert is a retired colonel in the IDF, where he served for 27 years. Among his roles, Albert commanded the computer center of the IDF’s technology arm. Albert graduated in management and industrial engineering from Ben-Gurion University. 

Ofer Nedivi is responsible for the Customer Support and Additional Services for IDIT customers and IDIT internal operations. Ofer has more than 20 years experience in the IT market amongst them 5 years as VP Projects at IDIT. Ofer has been engaged with IDIT™ customer implementations for more than 6 years. Before joining IDIT, Ofer worked in several leading IT companies in various managerial and professional positions. Ofer holds an MBA from The College of Management and a B.Sc in Computer Sciences from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Lilia Vaserman is responsible for the Research & Development, product enhancements and technological roadmap of IDIT™ software suite. Lilia has more than 18 years experience in IT, with specific focus on financial services and insurance systems. Lilia is one of the founders of IDIT and has been engaged with IDIT™ customer implementations for more than 8 years. Before joining IDIT, Lilia was one of the founders of the Israeli Direct Insurance IT department, and served as their software architect for more than 5 years. Prior to this she worked in various R&D positions in the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.  Lilia holds an M.Sc in applied mathematics and an MBA from the Tel Aviv University.

Udi Cohen is responsible for all the financial and accounting operations of IDIT. Udi is a seasoned financial executive with over 12 years of experience in private and publicly-traded high-tech companies. Before joining IDIT, Udi was the Corporate Controller of Robogroup T.E.K and prior to this, a Finance Manager at LifePerson Inc. and a Manager at BDO (Ziv Haft) - a global accounting firm. Udi is a Certified Public Accountant and holds BA in Accounting & Economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Technion Institute of Science.

As the corporate VP Sales, Alex Zukerman is responsible for driving the sales activities of IDIT, globally. Alex has over 10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, mainly in the insurance software industry. Prior to joining IDIT, Alex served as the European Sales Director at FIS, a global provider of software solutions to the life insurance industry, where he co-established the French branch of the company. Alex holds a Bachelor of Law degree (LLB) from the Tel-Aviv University.

Wolter Bosch is responsible for IDIT’s European account management and (pre-)sales activities, and is the manager of the European branch located in Belgium. After an initial 6 years in software development for international insurers, Wolter held a senior management position in Polis Direct, a successful direct writer in the Netherlands. There he was responsible for the selection, implementation and subsequent operational management of the IDIT™ Software Suite. After 11 years, and in good harmony with Polis Direct, Wolter decided to persue his career with IDIT. Wolter holds a Master of Information Management (MIM) from the TIAS Nimbas Business School, Tilburg University.

Michael Rafic has over 15 years of managerial experience in the international insurance software industry in the USA, UK and Europe. Michael has held a variety of senior management positions in the area of product, project and program management. His responsibilities include product positioning, market segmentation and penetration and business development with global partners and senior insurance business executives. Michael holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck NJ, and an MBA in Information Systems from Pace University, NYC.

Moshe Shamir  is responsible for IDIT's global corporate marketing, alliances and partnerships. Moshe  brings to IDIT over 30 years of experience after working in various positions including marketing and business development in multinational insurance software vendors. In his previous role, Moshe served as VP Marketing at FIS, a member of the Formula Vision group (TASE: FVT) and as VP Global Marketing of Sapiens International (NASDAQ: SPNS), a global provider of software solutions for the insurance and financial services sector. Prior to that, Moshe worked for 9 years as a software architect of insurance solutions. Moshe holds a B.Sc in applied mathematics and computer science from the Tel Aviv university.
